Expanded Breathwork Sessions allow for an additional 50-minutes of support during the session. This added time can be particularly helpful for participants wanting to explore painful or traumatic experiences, who are in acute distress, or who appreciate the spaciousness of a longer session.

Expanded Breathwork Sessions include 75-minutes of breathwork and 85-minutes for grounding, intention setting, and integration.
